Medication Management
Expert psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. Our providers create personalized treatment plans with ongoing monitoring using validated assessment tools like PHQ-9, GAD-7, and DASS-21.
- Initial 60-minute comprehensive evaluation
- Follow-ups every 2 weeks to 3 months depending on patient need (20-30 minutes)
- Nursing support for prescription questions
- Controlled substance monitoring with PMP reports
Substance Abuse Treatment
Comprehensive Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) and support services. We provide compassionate, judgment-free care for those struggling with substance use disorders.
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- Virtual drug screening via AEGIS oral swabs
- Individual and group therapy
- Relapse prevention planning
- IOP in Gates County, NC starting March 2026 (tentatively)
- Referrals to Princeton Behavioral Health in Elizabeth City for IOP/PHP
- Referrals to Lightbeam Solutions in Virginia for PHP and IOP

Individual & Family Therapy
Evidence-based psychotherapy for children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, and seniors. We specialize in CBT, trauma-informed care, and behavioral management.
- Sessions are 30-60 minutes
- Family therapy and parent coaching
- Behavioral interventions for children
- Referrals for EMDR and DBT when needed
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured programs for substance abuse and mental health recovery. Our IOP provides the support you need while allowing you to maintain your daily responsibilities. IOP is available in Gates County, North Carolina only.
- Gates County, NC location (starting March 2026 tentatively)
- Adult IOP: Mon/Wed/Fri 9AM-12PM
- Adolescent IOP: Mon/Wed/Fri 4-7PM
- 6-12 week individualized programs
Telepsychiatry
Convenient virtual appointments from the comfort of your home. Our telepsychiatry services make quality mental health care accessible regardless of your location.

For those who prefer face-to-face appointments, we offer in-person services at our Hampton, VA and Elizabeth City, NC locations.
- Hampton, VA: Tuesdays & Wednesdays 11AM-6PM
- Elizabeth City, NC: Tues/Wed/Thurs 10AM-6PM, Saturdays 10AM-5PM
- Maryland: Virtual only
- Hybrid options combining virtual and in-person
