Bright Shadows Contract Price Sheet

All Services Are Provided Virtually

1. Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs)

• Performed by: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs)

• Rate: $150 per CCA

• Details:

  • Documentation provided within 48 hours of assessment completion.

  • Appointments are scheduled through a personal scheduling link created for each client or referral partner.

  • No-Show Fee: $35 (applies if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or patient fails to attend).

2. Credentialing Services

• Rate: $150 per insurer

• Includes: Application submission, follow-up, and status updates until provider is fully credentialed.

3. Billing Services

• Rate: 5% of total claims received

• Details:

  • Claims submission, reconciliation, and denial management included.

  • Optional add-ons: Prior authorization support and EHR integration setup.

4. Website Design

• Starting Rate: $500 and up

• Includes: Custom, professional design using Squarespace or preferred platform.

• Add-ons: Branding, domain linking, SEO optimization, and maintenance available.

5. After-Hours Call Services

Availability:

• States Covered: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland.

• Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

  • 24-hour coverage on weekends and holidays.

• Response Standards:

  • Calls answered within 5 minutes or returned within 15 minutes.

• EHR:

  • Clients may use their own EHR or Bright Shadows can provide documentation templates.

6. Additional Notes

• All services are confidential and compliant with HIPAA and state telehealth regulations.

• Contract pricing can be customized based on volume, duration, and service integration.

• Invoices are due monthly, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
